Our director, Teish, was born into small business chaos.
By the time she turned 19, her parents had run a milk bar, an insurance brokerage, a mortgage broking business and a courier franchise - which meant her childhood was a crash course in hard work, long hours, and the constant juggle of business ownership.
At five, she was routinely forgotten at kindy pickup because her parents were busy keeping the business running - an early lesson in what happens when you’re too busy working to focus on what really matters. By 16, she was working in their mortgage broking business, unknowingly setting the foundation for a career spent untangling operational messes and helping business owners get out of survival mode.
In her last "real" job, she helped grow an electrical and solar business from 3 people to 40 and a multi seven figure revenue. From accreditations, how to read a plan and do a takeoff to STC Deeming periods declining she knows a thing or 2 about the admin side of trades businesses.
