Who we work with

If either of these sounds like your Tuesday, you're in the right place.

We work with Australian trades and construction businesses — electrical, plumbing, building, civil — from a 12-person crew in Western Sydney to an 80-person construction office.

For owners

On the tools all day. On the laptop all night.

Up at 5. On site by 6:30. Quoting between jobs, ordering from the ute, then back on the laptop from 8 till 10 catching up on the day.

  • That big commercial quote you keep meaning to polish
  • Three invoices you know you haven't chased
  • The nagging feeling you're leaving money on the table

You've told yourself you'll sort the admin "after this busy patch." Mate — the busy patch never ends. We find the hours getting lost and hand them back, so you can be at your kid's footy game without checking your phone every five minutes.

For office & ops managers

The whole office runs through you. And it's a lot.

First one in at 7am, coffee on, inbox open. RFIs, variations, compliance certs, invoices, minutes — and everyone asking you where things are.

  • Fourteen tabs open, three deadlines today
  • Staying back late twice a week, again
  • Doing the work of three people and being thanked like it's one

You're not disorganised — you're over capacity. There's a difference. We take the repetitive stuff off your plate and set you up with tools that handle the boring bits. You get time to think, not just react. And you stay the hero.

The real cost of admin

What's your week actually costing you?

Drag the sliders. Be honest — nobody's watching.

That's time you could spend on the big quote, on site, on the business — or at home with the family. It's also the exact time your competitors are getting back.

Admin is costing you about

What we do

We do two things. We do them properly.

Real people placed in your business, and practical AI consulting to sort the systems around them. Most clients end up with a bit of both — and the Time Audit works out your mix.

not sure which you need? that's literally what the audit tells you — a person, a system, or a bit of both.

The Percy guarantee no fine print

If your Time Audit doesn't find at least 5 hours a week you can get back, you don't pay. Full refund, no hard feelings. 45 minutes for a shot at 260 hours a year — hard maths to argue with.

Picture it

Six months from now, one of two things is true.

Either nothing's changed — same 8pm laptop sessions, same chased invoices, same pile. Or this:

Month 1

The audit lands

You know exactly where your hours are going — with numbers on it. Half the fixes you start that week. The report pays for itself before you've finished reading it.

Month 3

The quiet gets loud

Quotes go out same-day. Invoices chase themselves. Your inbox is triaged before your first coffee. You catch yourself leaving the office on time and feeling weird about it.

Month 6

You're back to running the business

Thursday, 7pm: you're at the table, phone face-down. The business ran today without you touching the admin once. That's not a fantasy — that's a system.

The only thing between you and month one is 45 minutes.

Book the audit. Worst case, you get a free report and we part as mates. Best case, you get your week back.

True stories from the tools

We couldn't make these up. (we didn't)

True story #1

A client once priced a whole job from the Maccas drive-through at 9:40pm, steering wheel as a desk. His VA now has quotes drafted before he's finished his flat white.

True story #2

We met an office manager who was emailing herself reminders to send reminders. She now leaves at 5. The reminders send themselves. She doesn't miss them.

True story #3

One builder's audit found 11 hours a week. Asked what he'd do with the first one back, he said "eat lunch sitting down." Mate. That's the whole point.

The wall of wins

The placements are proven. The audits are brand new.

Let's be clear about what's old and what's new here. VA placement is the established Percy business — we've been placing admin talent inside Australian trades and solar companies for years (the Percy family supports 50+ of them, and they say things like "a godsend" and "wish we bumped into them sooner"). The Time Audit and AI consulting are the new offer — and rather than fake reviews for it, we're earning the first ten publicly. These frames are for them.

★★★★★

"The placement side has years of happy businesses behind it — that's the track record. This wall is for the new thing: the audits. If we don't find you 5 hours a week, you get every cent back. In 20 years I've never seen a trades business running lean. It'll fill."

Here's the thing nobody tells you: you can't fix what you can't see. You know you're busy. You don't know exactly where the hours go — because you've never had a spare hour to work it out. That's the trap, and it's exactly what the audit breaks.

  • Your report, within a week.Plain English. Where the hours are hiding, what they're costing you, what to hand off, what to automate, and what to do first. Yours to keep, whatever you decide next.
  • You decide.Run with it yourself — plenty do — or have us alongside you. Zero pressure either way. The report is the product.

The guarantee, one more time: if we can't find you at least 5 hours a week, you pay nothing. We can make that promise because in 20 years of trades businesses, we've never opened one up and found it running lean. Ever.

VA & Team Placement

the original Percy offer — hire smarter, hire with heart
Tier 1 from $18/hr · Tier 2 from $23/hr · senior specialists scoped individually · +GST

This is where Percy started, and it's still the engine room. Some hours can't be automated — they need a person. The catch: hiring admin staff is a lottery, and you don't have time to run it. We've already run it for you.

Our VAs, EAs and specialists are pre-vetted, experienced in trades and service businesses, and trained on the modern tools. They know what a variation is. They know why the compliance cert can't wait. You don't have to explain your world to them.

  • Tier 1 — general admin support, $18/hour. Inbox, scheduling, invoicing, data entry, follow-ups. The everyday hours, handled.
  • Tier 2 — specialised support, $23/hour. Quoting, bookkeeping support, marketing, customer service — experienced operators for the trickier work.
  • Senior specialist placements, scoped individually. EAs and systems-fluent operators who run the office, not just tasks in it.
  • We do the hiring grind — screening, interviews, reference checks, ID verification. You pick from a shortlist. From 20 hours a week; one-off onboarding $695 +GST.
  • We stay accountable — regular check-ins, performance reviews, training refreshers. You're never left holding a bad hire alone.

And true to the "hire with heart" bit: we hire and back marginalised workers, pay properly, and build careers — so your admin fix is someone else's big break.

AI Consulting & Support

Monthly · scoped to your business on the audit call · no lock-in

The audit tells you what to fix. This is us fixing it with you — building practical AI tools around how your business actually runs, then staying, because a trades business doesn't sit still. New crew, new software, new problem: you message us, we sort it.

  • Two 45-minute strategy calls a month — a working session, not a status meeting. We leave every call with something built or a decision made.
  • WhatsApp support between calls — real people, same time zone, fast answers. The message mock-up on the left? That's a normal Tuesday.
  • A shared hub — every tool we've built together, every win logged, every hour tracked. You always know what you're getting for the money.

Most clients tell us the retainer pays for itself in the first fortnight — because the first thing we build is usually the thing that's been bleeding hours the longest.

Why choose Percy?

Because we've been on your side of the table. Here's the story — and the receipts.

The founder

Twenty years in your world. Every tool in the new one.

Teish France didn't learn trades businesses from a case study. She's spent 20+ years inside them — running operations day-to-day, working across electrical and construction businesses, seeing first-hand how a $2M electrical outfit runs differently from a $20M construction company. She knows what a Tuesday actually looks like when two blokes call in sick and the certifier is chasing you.

She also runs multiple businesses today using the most modern tools going — building systems, automating workflows, connecting software so it works while she sleeps. Not because it's trendy. Because she needed her own hours back, and it worked.

Percy exists at the intersection of those two things: someone who knows your industry cold, and knows the tools cold. That combination is genuinely rare — and it's the whole offer.

Every audit, every recommendation, every WhatsApp reply comes from a team built around that standard. No juniors reading scripts. No offshore call centre. No 60-slide deck that says "digital enablement" 40 times.

Six things Teish believes (strongly, and usually out loud)

  • Your time is the most expensive thing in your business — and the only thing you can't buy more of.
  • If a consultant can't explain it over a coffee, they don't understand it either.
  • The office manager is the best hire most businesses have ever made. Act like it.
  • Guarantees keep you honest. If you won't back your work with money, it's not work — it's talk.
  • Profit is a tool. Ours funds startup loans for women in Indonesia. What's yours doing?
  • Nobody ever lay on their deathbed wishing they'd chased more invoices.

Why us, specifically

Four reasons clients pick Percy — and stay.

01 · We've done your job

We've run operations inside trades businesses. We know where the time actually goes — not in theory, on the ground. When you explain your week, you won't have to translate.

02 · A real team that shows up

Not a solo consultant who vanishes after the invoice. Percy has structure, systems and people who answer the phone — before you sign and long after.

03 · Everything under one roof

From a $500 audit to a full placement to custom builds — one team, end to end. Nobody gets handballed to a third party halfway through.

04 · Australian, on the ground

Same market, same language, same working hours. When you message during your workday, we're in ours — not waking up in another hemisphere.

Let's be honest

What you're probably thinking right now.

Fair calls, all of them. Here are our straight answers.

I don't have time for this."

That's the point. If you had spare time, you wouldn't need us. The audit asks for 45 minutes — less time than you'll spend on quotes tonight — and its whole job is to hand you back 5+ hours every week. It's the only meeting this year that pays you to attend.

I've been burned by consultants before."

Us too — that's half the reason Percy exists. So we removed the risk entirely: if the audit doesn't find you 5 hours a week, you get every dollar back. No consultancy will match that, because their model can't afford to. Ours can, because we haven't missed yet.

My business is different."

It is — and that's exactly why we don't sell templates. The audit maps your business: your crew, your software, your bottlenecks. The report you get doesn't exist until we've talked to you.

Can't I just sort this myself?"

Honestly? Some of it, yes — and your report will show you which bits, because it's yours to keep either way. But you've had the "sort the admin" job on your own to-do list for two years. How's that going? Sometimes the fastest way to do it yourself is to have someone show you where to dig.

Is this going to lock me into some contract?"

No lock-ins, anywhere on the ladder. The audit is one-off. Concierge is month to month. If we're not earning our keep, you leave — and you keep everything we built. We'd rather keep you with results than with paperwork.

Still reading? That's usually the sign.

The people who scroll this far are the ones drowning in the exact hours we find. One call. Guaranteed. Let's go.

Straight answers.

What makes Percy different from other consultants and agencies?

Two things. We've actually worked inside trades and construction businesses, so we speak your language and know where the time really goes. And we're not selling software or a course — we're a real team that runs the discovery, builds practical tools with you, and sticks around after. Plus we hire and support marginalised workers, and our profits fund startup loans for women and families in Indonesia.

So are you a VA agency or an AI consultancy?

Both — on purpose. Some hours need a person; some need a system. Most trades businesses need a bit of each, and hiring them from two different providers is how things fall through the cracks. We place trades-experienced VAs and specialists, AND we build practical AI tools around them — one team, one throat to choke (lovingly), one shared goal: your hours back.

Which businesses do you work with?

Fast-growing Australian trades and construction businesses — electrical, plumbing, building, civil and other service trades. From a dozen staff to eighty. If your week is being eaten by quoting, scheduling, invoicing and follow-ups, you're exactly who we built this for.

Am I too small for this? Too big?

If you've got at least a couple of people and more admin than hours, you're not too small — smaller businesses usually see the fastest wins because one fix touches everything. Bigger operations (multiple PMs, contract admins, estimators) get value in different places: document flow, reporting, compliance. The audit adapts to your size; that's why it starts with a conversation, not a checklist.

How does the guarantee actually work?

Simple. If your Time Audit doesn't identify at least 5 hours a week you can realistically get back, you get a full refund. No forms, no fine print, no "store credit". We can offer it because there's always time hiding in a busy business — we haven't missed yet.

Do I need to be good with technology?

No — that's the point. You don't need to become a tech person. We handle the tools and hand you the outcome: hours back in your week. If you can use WhatsApp, you can work with us.

I keep hearing about AI. Is that what this is?

Some of the tools we build with are AI tools, yes — used properly, they're brilliant at the repetitive stuff. But you're not buying AI, and we'll never make you learn it. You're buying your Thursday nights back. The tools are our problem; the hours are your win. And nothing we set up ever replaces your people — it takes the boring work off them so they can do the real job.

What are the rates?

The Time Audit is $500 for founding clients ($750 after the first 10), backed by the money-back guarantee. VA placement is $18/hour for Tier 1 general admin and $23/hour for Tier 2 specialised support, with a 20-hour weekly minimum and a one-off $695 onboarding fee. Ongoing AI consulting and senior specialist placements are scoped to your business on the call — because "it depends" is the only honest answer until we know your setup. All prices +GST. No lock-in contracts anywhere.

How does placement work?

We work out the right model for your business, then screen, interview and onboard candidates with real trades and service-industry experience. You pick from a shortlist, we handle the handover, and we stay involved — regular check-ins, training refreshers and support if you want to scale or adjust. Placements start from 20 hours a week with a one-off $695 +GST onboarding fee.

How do you handle quality and data security?

Every team member is vetted with reference checks and ID verification. We work on secure platforms, follow your access rules, and run regular performance reviews after placement. Your client data, pricing and quotes are treated like ours: locked down.

Will this work with my existing software?

Yes — we build around what you already run. ServiceM8, Xero, Procore, Aconex, Microsoft 365, or a legendary spreadsheet from 2014: we've seen it all. We'd rather make your current stack work harder than sell you a new one.

How quickly will I feel the difference?

Most clients feel it within weeks. The audit usually pays for itself on the first call — and once tasks start moving off your plate, the 8pm laptop sessions get shorter fast.

What happens after I book?

You'll get a confirmation with your call time. The call is 45 relaxed minutes — you talk, we take notes. Your report lands within a week. Then you decide what's next, with zero obligation. That's it. No surprise upsell call, no "strategy session" ambush.

Out by Five.

Five-minute reads that get you out by five. Practical, plain-English, occasionally funny — for the owner still quoting at 9pm and the office manager holding it all together.

rule: if it doesn't save you time, we don't publish it.
The maths

Where do 12 hours a week actually go?

The maths nobody does on their own business — until they do the audit.

← Back to Out by Five

Ask a trade or construction business owner how many hours a week get eaten by admin, and you'll get a shrug. "A few, I s'pose." Run the actual numbers with them on a Time Audit call and the shrug turns into a wince. Twelve hours is the average we find. Some businesses are worse. Almost nobody thinks it's them — until we show them the maths.

Here's the breakdown we see, week after week, across electrical, plumbing, building and civil businesses of every size:

Where the average 12 hours goes

Quoting & quote follow-ups3.5 hrs
Invoicing & chasing payment2.5 hrs
Scheduling & text/call admin2 hrs
Data re-entry across systems2 hrs
Emails that could've been a form2 hrs

None of that is one big obvious problem. That's exactly why it survives. It's death by a thousand five-minute tasks — a quote redrafted at 9pm because the first version had the wrong pricing, an invoice you meant to send Tuesday and finally sent Friday, the same customer details typed into three different places because none of your systems talk to each other. Each one is nothing. Together, they're your Thursday night.

"Owners are excellent at costing a job down to the last screw. They almost never cost their own week. We just point the same skill back at them."

Teish FranceFounder, Percy Productivity

Why this maths is different to a productivity hack

You've probably tried the "block out your calendar" advice. It doesn't work on a trades business, because the hours aren't wasted — they're just in the wrong place. They belong to the business, not to you specifically. That's the actual finding of most audits: it's not that you need to be more disciplined, it's that a chunk of what's on your plate was never yours to carry in the first place.

That's the whole point of the 45-minute Time Audit call. We don't hand you a generic checklist — we map your week, find where the hours are actually going, and hand back a plain-English report showing exactly what to move off your plate and how. At least 5 hours a week, guaranteed, or you don't pay a cent.

What actually changes once you find it

  • Quotes go out same-day instead of "when I get a minute."
  • Invoices get chased automatically, without an awkward phone call from you.
  • You stop being the human glue between six different bits of software.
  • Your Thursday night is, for once, actually yours.

You don't need to overhaul your whole business to get those hours back — you need to know exactly where they are. That's a 45-minute conversation, not a six-month project.

Curious where your 12 hours are hiding?

One call, a clear report, at least 5 hours a week found — or it's free.

Cash flow

Getting invoices paid without being the bad guy

A follow-up system that does the chasing for you — so you don't have to.

← Back to Out by Five

Nobody gets into trades to become a debt collector. But that's exactly what happens every time an invoice sits unpaid for three weeks and you're the one who has to ring up and ask for your own money. It's awkward, it's slow, and — because it's awkward — most owners put it off, which makes it worse.

The fix isn't "get better at being pushy." It's taking yourself out of the loop entirely.

The follow-up sequence that actually works

Every job we set up runs some version of the same rhythm — automated, but never robotic:

A typical follow-up cadence

Day of invoiceSent same-day, clear terms
Day 7Friendly automatic reminder
Day 14Second reminder, slightly firmer
Day 21Personal message flagged for you

The first two reminders go out without you lifting a finger — written in your voice, not a template that screams "automated email." By the time a conversation actually needs a human, it's because it genuinely does, and you're walking in with the full history already sorted, not chasing your own paperwork to figure out what's owed.

"The businesses that get paid fastest aren't the ones with the toughest owners. They're the ones where the reminder goes out on day 7, every single time, whether the owner remembered or not."

Teish FranceFounder, Percy Productivity

Why this matters more than people think

Late payment isn't just annoying — it's the reason otherwise profitable businesses run short on cash. Every week an invoice sits unpaid is a week you're effectively lending money, interest-free, to a client who's happy to let it slide until someone asks. A proper system doesn't make you the bad guy. It makes the follow-up boring and predictable, which is exactly what gets money moving without burning a relationship.

  • Reminders go out on schedule, even on your busiest week.
  • The tone stays warm — mates-rates, not debt-collector.
  • You only step in when a real conversation is actually needed.
  • Cash lands in your account days, sometimes weeks, sooner.

This is exactly the sort of thing the Time Audit maps out for your business specifically — what's currently manual, what should be automatic, and who (person or system) should own each step.

Tired of chasing your own money?

We'll show you exactly where the follow-up is falling through the cracks.

For the office

The most underrated hire in your business

Why backing your office manager properly pays for itself.

← Back to Out by Five

Every trades business has one person holding the whole thing together behind the scenes — answering the phone while chasing a supplier, reconciling invoices while fielding a client who wants to know where the crew is. Usually it's an office manager. Usually she's doing the work of two and a half people, on the tools of none of them.

We've sat in enough of these offices to say it plainly: the office manager is often the single best hire a trades business has ever made, and also the most under-resourced person in it.

What "backing her" actually looks like

It's not about hiring more people for the sake of it. It's about making sure the person holding the business together isn't doing it with a spreadsheet, three sticky notes and pure memory. That usually means three things:

  • Systems that talk to each other, so she's not retyping the same job details four times.
  • Extra hands for the repetitive stuff, so her time goes to the judgment calls only she can make.
  • A boss who actually asks what's eating her week, instead of assuming she'll just cope.

"If your office manager left tomorrow, would the business keep running? For most owners, the honest answer is 'not for long.' That's not a compliment to her — it's a warning sign for you."

Teish FranceFounder, Percy Productivity

The cost of not backing her

Under-supported office managers don't complain much — they just quietly absorb more, for longer, until they don't. And when they leave, the business doesn't just lose a person, it loses every undocumented process that lived in her head. Replacing her costs more than backing her ever would have.

This is where a well-placed VA earns its keep fast. Not to replace her — to take the repetitive load off her desk so she can do the parts of the job that actually need a real person with real judgment. Same-day quotes, chased invoices, a full inbox that doesn't own her evenings.

If you're not sure where the gap is, that's exactly what the Time Audit maps out — for her role specifically, not a generic org chart.

We'll map where the load is heaviest and what to take off her plate first.

Winning work

Same-day quotes win jobs

How businesses half your size are beating you to them.

← Back to Out by Five

Most clients aren't waiting for the best quote. They're going with the first one that lands that feels right. If yours takes four days because it's queued behind a dozen other jobs, you're not losing on price or quality — you're losing on speed, and you probably don't even know it's happening.

We see this constantly on Time Audits: a smaller outfit down the road wins the job not because they're cheaper, but because their quote hit the client's inbox the same afternoon, while yours was still sitting in a folder marked "do tonight."

Why speed beats almost everything else

Think about the last time you got three quotes for something around your own house. Chances are you didn't wait a week for the third one — you went with whoever got back to you fastest and seemed like they had their act together. Your clients do exactly the same thing. Speed reads as competence, and competence wins jobs.

"A same-day quote at the right price beats a perfect quote a week late, every time. Clients aren't judging your margins. They're judging whether you seem like you've got your business under control."

Teish FranceFounder, Percy Productivity

What makes same-day quoting possible

It's rarely about working faster — it's about not doing the whole thing from scratch every time. The businesses winning work fastest usually have three things in place:

  • Standard pricing and templates for the jobs they quote most often.
  • Someone (or something) drafting the first version, so the owner is only reviewing, not starting from a blank page.
  • A clear rule: quotes go out same-day, no exceptions, no "I'll get to it tonight."

That last one is the real unlock. It's not a tools problem, it's a system-and-people problem — and it's exactly the kind of gap the Time Audit is built to find. Some businesses need a VA drafting the first pass. Others need a smarter system doing it in seconds. Most need a bit of both.

Behind the guarantee

Why we promise 5 hours a week or your money back

And why we've never had to pay out.

← Back to Out by Five

Here's the deal, plainly: book a Time Audit, and we guarantee we'll find you at least 5 hours a week back. If we don't, you don't pay. No fine print, no "guarantee" that's actually a store credit — a full refund.

The Percy promise

People ask us often how we can afford to offer that. The honest answer is: because it's not actually much of a risk on our end.

Why we can back it with real money

Every trades and construction business we've audited — every single one — has had more than 5 hours a week of recoverable time hiding in admin. That's not a sales line, it's just what 20+ years of running operations inside these businesses tells you to expect. The maths from our "where do 12 hours go" piece holds up business after business. Quoting delays, invoice chasing, double-handled admin — it's almost always there, because almost nobody has had the time to go looking for it themselves.

"We're not guessing when we make this promise. We're pattern-matching against every audit we've ever run. The guarantee isn't marketing — it's just us being confident in our own data."

Teish FranceFounder, Percy Productivity

What the guarantee protects you from

  • Paying for a report that turns out to be generic fluff.
  • Being told "it depends" without a straight number attached.
  • Committing to anything ongoing before you've seen real value.

And to be clear — the guarantee is on the audit, not on locking you into anything after it. If the report lands and you decide to run with it yourself, that's completely fine. Everything we build and recommend, you keep. No lock-ins, anywhere on the ladder. It's just usually the moment people realise having a real team do the fixing is easier than doing it solo.

Lowest-risk decision you'll make this year

45 minutes, a clear report, 5 hours a week guaranteed — or it's free.

Purpose

What "Pro Purpose partner" actually means

Where the money goes when you hire Percy.

← Back to Out by Five

"Proud Pro Purpose Partner" shows up on almost every page of this site, and fair enough if you've wondered what it actually means beyond a nice badge. So here's the plain-English version, no spin.

Profits from every Percy engagement — every audit, every placement, every retainer — help fund startup loans for women and families in Indonesia. Real money, into real hands, to start real small businesses: a farming plot, a market stall, a trade of their own. When the loan is repaid, it doesn't disappear — it gets recycled straight into the next family's business.

Pro Purpose loan recipients

Why this, and why like this

It's not a donation that disappears into a general fund. It's a loan, which means it has to actually work — it gets repaid, and repaid loans go straight back out to start the next business. One dollar keeps doing its job long after the first one leaves our account. That's the bit we like most about it: it's not charity in the "feel good once" sense, it's a small, working economic engine that keeps turning.

"Good business and doing good aren't separate things here. Your admin fix is quite literally someone else's big break. We don't think that's a coincidence — we built it that way on purpose."

Teish FranceFounder, Percy Productivity

It doesn't stop at loans

We also hire and back marginalised workers across our own team — people who don't always get an easy first shot elsewhere. It's the same principle applied closer to home: a real opportunity, real support, and a genuine career built on the other side of it. Oh, and every time someone on our team swears on a client call, a dollar goes in the purpose jar too. The jar, we're told, is thriving.

  • Every engagement contributes to a Pro Purpose startup loan.
  • Loans repaid get recycled into the next family's business.
  • Real careers, built by hiring and backing marginalised workers on our own team.

So when you book a Time Audit, you're not just buying your own week back. You're quietly funding someone else's shot at building their first one.

Get your week back — and fund someone else's break.

One 45-minute call. A clear report. At least 5 hours a week back — or you don't pay a cent.

Privacy Policy

Plain English, no fine print games. Here's what we collect and what we do with it.

Percy Productivity (ABN 11 675 209 373) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and our booking and audit process, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It applies to visitors, discovery-call bookers, audit clients, placement clients, and AI consulting clients.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect: your name, business name, email address, phone number, business location and industry, and the answers you give us on a booking or discovery form (for example, what's eating your time, what software you use, or what role you're looking to fill). If you become a client, we also collect the operational information needed to run your audit, placement, or AI consulting engagement — things like your current systems, workflows, and team structure.

  • Directly from you, via our booking forms (Zoho Bookings), email, phone, or during a call.
  • Automatically, through standard website analytics (page views, general location, device type) if analytics tools are active on this site.

We use your information to run your Time Audit or discovery call, deliver your audit report, place a VA or team member, provide AI consulting and support, invoice you, and respond to your enquiries. With your consent, we may also use your details to send you occasional updates — the Out by Five blog, service announcements, or founding-client offers. You can opt out of that at any time.

We don't sell your information. We do share it with the trusted service providers we use to run the business — for example, our booking and scheduling platform, our CRM, our accounting software, and our email provider. Each of these providers only receives what they need to do their job, and remains bound by their own privacy and security obligations. If you're placed with, or matched to, a role, relevant details are shared with the parties directly involved in that placement, and nowhere else.

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to keep your information secure, including restricting access to the people who actually need it to do their jobs. No online system is 100% risk-free, but we treat your data the way we'd want our own treated.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Email hello@percy-productivity.com and we'll sort it out — usually within a few business days.

Terms & Conditions

What you're agreeing to when you book with us — including the guarantee, spelled out properly.

These terms apply whenever you book a Time Audit, engage Percy Productivity (ABN 11 675 209 373, "Percy", "we", "us") for VA or team placement, or take up AI Consulting & Support. By booking a call or engaging our services, you're agreeing to them.

The Time Audit is a one-off, paid engagement: a 45-minute call followed by a written report, typically delivered within a week. We guarantee that report will identify at least 5 hours per week of recoverable time in your business. If it doesn't, you're entitled to a full refund of the audit fee — email hello@percy-productivity.com within [X] days of receiving your report to request it. The guarantee covers the audit fee only; it does not extend to any ongoing placement or consulting engagement that follows.

Placement rates are Tier 1 from $18/hour and Tier 2 from $23/hour (+GST), with a 20 hour/week minimum engagement and a one-off onboarding fee of $695 (+GST). Senior specialist placements are scoped and priced individually and confirmed with you in writing before work begins. There's no lock-in contract — you can end a placement with [X] days' notice.

Ongoing AI Consulting & Support is billed monthly, scoped to your business during your audit or onboarding call, and confirmed with you in writing before it starts. As with placements, there's no lock-in — you can cancel with [X] days' notice, and you keep everything we've built together, without exception.

Fees are in Australian dollars and exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Audit fees are payable at time of booking. Placement and consulting fees are invoiced [monthly / fortnightly — confirm], payable within [X] days of the invoice date. We may pause services if an invoice becomes significantly overdue, and we'll always talk to you before that happens.

Life happens — if you need to move your audit or strategy call, just let us know with reasonable notice and we'll find a new time. Repeated no-shows without notice may affect your ability to rebook at short notice.

Any report, system, workflow, or tool we build for you as part of an audit, placement, or consulting engagement is yours to keep and use, whatever you decide to do next — whether that's continuing with us or running with it yourself.

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by Australian law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific engagement giving rise to that claim. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is always the current one; significant changes affecting an active engagement will be communicated to you directly.
